Parts Delivery & Support Associate
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Parts Delivery & Support Associate to assist our Parts Manager with daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver parts, supplies, and tools to technicians at various marina locations
- Assist the Warehouse & Parts Manager with daily warehouse operations
- Load, unload, organize, and stock incoming inventory orders
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas and workspaces
- Assist with stock organization and inventory management
- Help distribute parts and tools to employees as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation for delivered and distributed parts
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management
- Safely operate company vehicles for daily parts deliveries
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed
- Transport trailers, equipment, and materials between facilities and job sites
- Support overall warehouse efficiency and day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Clean driving record required
- Valid driver's license required
- Comfortable driving company vehicles, including larger trucks and vans
- Forklift experience required
- Experience towing, backing, and maneuvering trailers up to 75 feet in overall length is required
- Ability to safely transport large trailers in marina, boatyard, and customer-site environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment
- Basic computer and technology skills required
- Experience using Asana or similar software is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
