Service Workmanship Guarantee
One-time, project-based, or non-member clients:
Workmanship is warranted for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of completion of the applicable work.
Active full-time clients enrolled in MAKAN YACHT GROUP’s yacht management or service program:
Workmanship is warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of completion of the applicable work. Scope and RemedyThis warranty is limited solely to the correction of defective workmanship performed by MAKAN YACHT GROUP. At MAKAN YACHT GROUP’s sole discretion, the remedy may include repair or re-performance of the affected labor. No other remedies are expressed or implied.
ExclusionsThis workmanship warranty does not cover:
Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, charter revenue, or downtime.
Limitation of WarrantyThis workmanship warranty applies only to labor performed directly by MAKAN YACHT GROUP and does not extend or modify any manufacturer warranties. MAKAN YACHT GROUP makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

- Failures resulting from normal wear and tear, corrosion, electrolysis, environmental exposure, or vessel operation;
- Manufacturer defects or failures of parts, equipment, or materials, which remain subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranty;
- Owner-supplied parts or materials;
- Work altered, disturbed, or completed by third parties after MAKAN YACHT GROUP’s service;
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper operation, or lack of proper maintenance
